Before you leave…

 

… we wish to remind you that you are responsible for completing the following:

 

 

• Wash and put away all dirty dishes, pots, pans, and silverware

• Leave your garbage by the street Friday night or early Saturday morning, or take it with you when you leave

• Launder and put away all sheets and towels if you chose to use ours

• Leave the beds made as you found them (made with just a bedspread, with a blanket at the foot of the bed)

• Return all furniture, lamps, etc back to where they were when you arrived

 

From our own experience, we know that it can be a challenge to complete all of these tasks in addition to packing up your things and leaving by 10am,  but it is achievable if you plan your time well.   Some tenants have found that starting some tasks the day before can help.
